Event Description
El TANNO TUY BIKE MARATHON is a sports event that offers Mountain Bike Races (MTB) under two modalities: El DESAFÍO TANNO TÜY y EL TANNO TÜY EPIC. The beautiful Parque Nacional Canaima setting will bring the 6th Edition of Desafío MTB for next year 2020, cycling 75 kms in the most beautifull places in the Venezuelan Gran Sabana, in a new curse. TANNO TÜY EPIC will have a 6th stage, with a course of more than 340 kms. Now Venezuela has its own EPIC format, celebrating that way its 3rd edition.
Without any doubt, an unprecedent race in Venezuela, with spectacular setting in new courses and a variety of difficulties, only for the best trained athletes.
In our TANNO TUY BIKE MARATHON, bike riders will have the oportunity to perform any of the two modalities.

Modalities Descripction
1.- El DESAFÍO TANNO TÜY: 75 kms race, will have a new course starting and ending in San Francisco de Yuruani. During the race you will be able to cross rivers, improvised bridges, and technical and fast downhills.
It is very important to highlight that this 75 kms course is part of one of the TANNO TÜY EPIC stages, the 6th and last stage to be exact.

2.- EL TANNO TÜY EPIC made by the following 5 stages:
· Stage 1: 85 kms, starting in Puente Yuruí and arriving in San Francisco de Yuruaní (Date: Wednesday 16/04/2020). Descriptionr: trails, dirt roads, small agricultural places, small creeks, just a few meters of paved roads.
· Stage 2: Team time trial of 20 kms. Starting and finishing in San Francisco de Yuruaní (Date: Tuesday 17/04/2020). Description: trails, dirt roads, small agricultural places, small creeks, just a few meters of paved roads.
· Stage 3: XCO of 36 km, starting and finishing in San Francisco de Yuruaní (Date: Thursday 17/04/2020). Description: trails, dirt roads, small agricultural places, small creeks, paved roads.
· Stage 4: 102 Km, starting and arriving in San Francisco de Yuruaní (Date: Friday 18/04/2017). Description: trails, dirt roads, small agricultural places, small creeks, paved roads.
· Stage 5: 75 km starting and arriving in San Francisco de Yuruaní (Date: Saturday 21/04/2018)

To make your participation in Epic easier, we have the following systems:
· Fast Payment: with a 10% discount if payment is total, in one payment.
· Split Payment: three payments of 50%, 25% and 25%.
Payment Process for both systems:
Two parts in the procees: pre-registration and registration processes:
· The formalization of the process comes with the payment first and then the confirmation through e-mail, from our FUNDACIBOL Organizing Committee.
. To proceed you must:
Complete the Pre-registration form. This form, besides having your information for the event, you will be able to select the option: (Desafío or Epic).
2. Once pre-registered, from 20/11/2017, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your pre-registration and the Payment Instructions to follow in order to formalize your registration in the race.
3. The payment instructions will mention event cost, bank information, and payment conditions.
General conditions of the event
· For EL TANNO TÜY EPIC to take place, there must be a minimun of 200 iders officially registered with payment confirmation.
· For EL TANNO TÜY EPIC we will only alow Sub 23 (19 to 22 ) and plus riders.
· All riders must present the Disclaimer and Medical Record that certifies your best health conditions for the event. These requirements must be presented the day of the Technical Congress for each modality.
We recommend athletes that will be part of the Epic to look for the help of a Training Coach to help you accomplish your goal in our event!!
· The registration payment does not include transportation, accomodations or meals.
